With a degree in Marketing Management and over 7 years of experience in Digital Communications, Cloudie has worked with a number of prestigious luxury fashion brands such as Threads Styling, Farfetch and Matchesfashion.
Her expertise lies in crafting compelling strategies that captivate subscribers, driving engagement and boost revenue for luxury e-commerce business. Cloudie has a deep understanding of loyalty programs for luxury brands that foster customer retention and create meaningful long-lasting relationships.
After freelancing alongside her in-house role, Cloudie set out to empower businesses of all sizes by providing the digital communication they needed to engage their customers. Cloudie realised that brands often spend hours on social media but were often pushing direct digital communication channels to the bottom of their list, despite the amount of revenue these channels can drive, and wanted to help business owners change this.
Having partnered with 30+ luxury brands, Cloudie is passionate about enhancing digital communication and ensuring businesses understand the power of Email & SMS Marketing, as well as Loyalty Programs.
